The Origin of Yu-Gi-Oh
The creator of Yu-Gi-Oh started drawing yugioh comics in 1996. The animated version of YU-GI-OH! debuted in 2000 and became an immediate hit, spawning a mania that included video games, animation, and a card game, all of which boasted record sales. 23 million comics have been sold so far.

The Story Of Yu-Gi-Oh

Yu-Gi-Oh is the story of Yugi and his friends who are caught up in the game craze that is sweeping the nation. Yugi's grandfather manages a gaming shop and tells him about an ancient Egyptian card fighting game called "Duel Monsters". The game fights different creatures against one another in magical duels on a shifting battlefield filled with traps and magical surprizes. When the battle is over, only one person can be called Yu-Gi-Oh The King of Games. Yugi finds the secret of the ancient Egyptian Millennium Puzzle that lets out a powerful spirit of an Egyptian King named Yami Yugi.
